Tofield U13-2 crushes Airdrie teams in tournament
Tofield U13-2 played their hearts out this past weekend in Airdrie, remaining undefeated and bringing home gold.
Head Coach Bill Teefy was excited for his team, and that they could play a full season of hockey this year.
“We are extremely proud of how the team performed at the tournament, they worked very hard and managed to play four competitive teams without trailing once in 240 minutes of hockey,” Teefy said. “The timing of this tournament set the kids up perfectly for going into the playoffs. Their confidence is high and they have really bonded as a team.”
