Frauds and vehicle mischiefs keep Tofield RCMP busy
The Tofield RCMP responded to 40 occurrences from Jan. 11 to 17, 2021 (inclusive). Also included in these calls for service was two motor vehicle collisions with wildlife, thirteen traffic complaints and traffic enforcement provided by the K Division Traffic Unit.
On Jan. 11, Tofield RCMP responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint at a business in Tofield. RCMP attended and patrolled the area although were unable to locate the vehicle.
On Jan. 11, Tofield RCMP responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint at a rural property in Beaver County. RCMP attended and located the vehicle and spoke to the driver who stated that he was awaiting the property owner to attend. RCMP were able to confirm with the property representative that this information was legit. . . . contd.
