The newspaper article claimed that my stairs, couch and hallway could transform into a gym for some great home workouts. Apparently working up a good sweat in my living room is not only doable but can be as tough as going to an actual gym. I decided to read on. If nothing else it would be worth a few laughs, since the words gym and workouts aren’t in my vocabulary.
